Today we will be discussing oil drilling in the Atlantic.  The risks associated with the development of offshore drilling are significantly greater than the potential economic benefits:

• Claims about jobs and revenues attributed to offshore oil and gas development are grossly overestimated.
• Seismic survey results are proprietary for 25+ years.  Information NOT shared with the public. Pending seismic surveys are not state of the art technology
• Drilling is not safe, hasn't been since BP blowout and recent Cailfornia oil on beach event.
• Oil and gas exist together; you can't explore for gas only.

Peg is currently a resident of North Litchfield Beach, SC has a BS in Petroleum Engineering, cum laude, Marietta College, did Graduate coursework in petroleum engineering and economics, Louisiana State University and has a MBA, Harvard Business School, 1984
