Based on African life on the continent and in the diaspora, what study guides and books can I use to promote healing and clarity in my self-study efforts?   This is a question frequently ask by the community and students.  From time to time, The Black Reality Think Tank has discussed books that speak to specific issues in black life and books that generally cover the African struggle for freedom and liberation.  This week we will “travel that road again.”  This time in order to enhance self and group study agendas our discussion will focus on recent and past research writings centered on political economy within the African world.  Our program plans are to present a combination of twenty past and present resources that give keen insight on contemporary times.

The Goals and objectives of The Black Reality Think Tank is to study and seek an understanding of the past, in order to dissect the present and contribute to building a meaningful future.
