I.             BARRIERS: There are a plethora of programs/resources “out there” but few EFFECTIVE means to get past the “GATE KEEPERS” of society to be a TOOL for most African American young men.  These must be removed for the community to heal.

 

 

 

II.         SOLUTION:  HOW CAN A YOUNG person improve chances of successful employment?
