On Thursday, April 30th, The Schomburg Center for Research in Black Culture and The Greaves Family honored the life of beloved filmmaker, activist, actor, songwriter, teacher, journalist, father and husband, William Greaves.
An array of film, stage and screen colleagues, politicians, spiritual leaders, scholars and family members paid tribute to this amazing talent and we all had a history lesson in black culture in the process.
