With this being Pearl Harbor week, I thought it would be a great time to interview Woody Duffin. Woody is not only my dad, but a WWII hero, who also suffered a traumatic injury.
Being a survivor of Pearl Harbor, Woody earned a Bronze Star, Purple Heart and 17 Battle Stars during his service in the Navy. All of that action and peril aside, Woody swears that the worst day of his life, was the day the police accosted his son Matt. It was during a drive to the hospital, to visit Matt's daughter who was seriously ill. The series of events that unfolded, were more terrifying to Woody, than anything he encountered in the war. Life long friend and side kick, Dr. Kevin Butterfield will also join us. Hard telling, where we'll go from there!
