Dr. William Woodcock graduated from Logan College of Chiropractic in 2012 with his Doctorate in Chiropractic and a Master’s degree in Sports Rehab. He uses techniques such as Fascial Distortion Model (FDM), Active Release Techniques® (ART), Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS), Graston Technique®, Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) and RockTape all combined with corrective rehabilitative exercises. The primary goal is to look at the way you move, find and correct any dysfunctions and get you back to your active lifestyle.
This show is about stroke and brain injury and is for anyone interested in stroke with bits and pieces thrown in for inspiration, ways to be healthy, less stressed and more. I want to be here to share and to lift up other stroke survivors or warriors. I want to help you find out there are others going through what you have gone though. Maybe not the same journey but a survivor none the less. To give positive information, inspire and embrace what you have and continue moving forward.
