THIS WEEK: "He Never Liked Cake" is a personal memoir written from a perspective of the daughter of a man who sustained a brain injury in a vehicular incident back in 1996.  Janna Leyde chronicles the journey she and her family experienced while watching her father endure his trials and tribulations on the road to recovery. Through her own eyes as a young adolescent,  Janna provides the reader a straightforward reality of the effects of TBI on the survivors and their loved ones.  Her story is written so well,  you can't help but feel you have experienced it along with her.  Janna will also share her discovery of yoga and how she has transformed her own and her father's lives with her newfound passion.
