Tonight we are going to talk about speech complications suffered by 20-40% of MSers. My name is Lisa Dryer and I have been on the Brain Injury Radio Network as a guest and on panel shows, and as a host here on my show "Mess With MS".From my first interview I have said that my outlook on life would be “, Find the beauty around you and stay calm.” That is where my movement #MSbeautiful came from. While it is important to acknowledge our MS or BI it is also important to remember to RELAX when we can! To Have Fun! To try to learn new coping mechanisms and to try to meet and communicate with the important or sometimes new people in our lives! M.S. is one of the most debilitating neurological diseases. When I discovered that I was diagnosed with it, it changed my life. Through friendship, family, spirituality, and the many M.S. role models I had, I began to beat back the monster of this disease. Therein, I opened up my life to a journey of adventure: Learning things any normal person can do to enhance their lives after MS&brain injury.
