For eons, you were trained to live from your intellect, to hide your totality and inner-power. It's time to remove that fear, that perception so that you sense yourself and other entities differently. All that is required is your intent to live and process from your heart. Maybe you'll feel the need to meditate, be outdoors or just state the intention. It does not matter. All that matters is you intend to do so and then follow your inner messages.
