SDG 15rb Our King, The LORD Jesus is Coming

Merry Christmas this is a rebroadcast of yesterday's message cutoff halfway through due to a technical failure.

Are you looking forward to the return of Jesus    This is the same Jesus of yesterday, and today, but tomorrow He will be revealed in ALL Glory 

This "One to come" is our LORD and Savior, Jesus Christ!!!

Are you prepared today to meet Him face to face?  Are you "rapture-ready"?

Friends, we should be excited about this prospect as we anticipate the glorious return of “Our Coming King.”

Let's look at four exciting truths in Paul's second letter to the Thessolonians Chapter 1 verses 7-10:

1) The WHO of this Coming

2) The WHEN of His Coming

3) The WONDER of His Coming

a) He will be glorified IN His saints

i) By His Transforming Love in us

ii) Because of His Amazing Grace in us

iii) Because of His Keeping Power in us...

4)The WITNESS of His Coming!

Our salvation is a gift given freely but our exercise of that gift after it is given is a choice.  An act of volition where we MUST surrender our will to His and yield all to Christ.  

Read Romans 6:13

Then depend upon Him for all, then rest in Him always, then always obey Him for there is no other way and THEN we may rejoice in His joy!
