SDG 243 The Beatitudes 1 – Blessed are the Beggars

Join us this week as we embark in a new message series on the Beatitudes.

Now a beatitude implies that a blessing is conveyed.

In His sermon on the mount those things that Jesus says will covey blessings seem counter intuitive to both the natural and the carnal man.

Yet in the spiritual realm they truly are the well spring to immense spiritual blessings.

And in the first beatitude Jesus says “blessed are the poor in spirit for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.”
