SDG 246 Beatitude 4 Hunger and Thirst are only Satisfied by His Righteouness

In this message in the Beatitude series we'll the spiritual key to true satisfaction.

Jesus said in Matthew 5:6 Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness, for they shall be filled, in other words: for they shall be completely satisfied.

So how many really satisfied people do you know?

Well, most people don't know many if any people who are truly satisfied because people are always seeking and never finding. Often man in his search for satisfaction puts a premium upon having things.  We say if we only have health, wealth, prestige, power, good looks, friends, and influence, then we'll be happy, yet we remain perfectly miserable.

So these things in and of themselves cannot and do not bring happiness, they do not bring satisfaction.

In today's focus scripture Jesus talks about the way to complete satisfaction and remember Jesus never emphasizes what we have but rather who we are: Jesus said, Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness, for they shall be filled.
