What is the protocol for caring for a suspect while in the custody of an officer? With all this technology (video surveillance on the street or cell phone) we still have police officers being caught on film assaulting suspects. Are they above the law? Is police brutality standard procedure for some officers? Should we trust them? Can we trust them with our lives?
