Provocative Thought Pt with Carlton Steed

Description: In light of recent and past mass shootings which also involved gunman with semi automatic and auto automatic weapons (rifles and hand guns) Americans now question why are military grade weapons being sold to civilians? Does the constitution of the United States protect the right of a citizen to purchase a military grade firearm?  Any fire arm? Why is it legal for an 18 year old to purchase an AR15 anywhere? How can we prevent or screen out those who pose a potential threat to people and themselves from purchasing these weapons without violating the constitutional rights of Americans? Is the right to bear arms a matter of interpretation?
