Hello, Front Seat Lifers. It feels like it’s been a really long time since I’ve been with you, but it’s only been two weeks. And wow, what a two weeks it has been for our country. I will say that is not what this episode is about, but I cannot be a good human being and be unapologetically who I am without acknowledging everything that is going on in our world at the moment with the beautiful Black Lives Matter movement. I am fully, fully, fully 1000% in support of that. I love how people are showing up on what’s going on in our country. And quite honestly, around the world.

The next three episodes are going to be about my signature work that I do with entrepreneurs to help them start and grow their business around their personality types.

I help people understand who they are, where they’re going and how they’re going to get there. And I love, love, love, helping all people do that.

I mentioned this on the last podcast, but I have been struggling with the hamster wheel of content. And continuing to do this podcast they way I have been just isn’t me, and that’s the main point of this episode… a little ironic. I don’t believe in doing things just because people tell you have to do them. My number one thing about building your business, which we get into during this episode, is you got to do it your way. You got to figure out who you are and that stage one of the whole program. There’s eight stages, but the first stage is being unapologetically who you are.

Listen in as I explain why I haven’t really been true to myself and what my plans are for the show. I also outline the eight stages to build a successful business. The first age is being unapologetically\ who you are, type and core values. Number two is the shift from squirrel to structure. Number three, your mess is your message. Number four, show up., branding your business Number five systems and automation, running smoothly.

Stage six, let’s make some money, honey. Stage seven,
