Building great organizations where people can contribute their best. Simple to describe, yet difficult to achieve and the reason why Sean Ryan founded Whitewater International Consulting, Inc.

Sean’s passion and drive focuses on helping organizations engage everyone to perform their best and deliver outstanding results. Sean’s unique combination of being both a highly-respected leader inside organizations and world-class outside consultant, make Sean one of today’s most sought-after leadership consultants, speakers and (soon-to-be published) authors.

For more than 30 years, Sean has challenged the thinking of individuals and organizations; developed and executed innovative consulting tools, processes and leadership education that enable his clients’ success; and provided a unique perspective that challenges his clients to be their best. Sean has helped hundreds of clients to obtain the razor-sharp leading edge required to rise above in today’s ever-changing business environment.
