Josh Little is the founder of four tech companies–Maestro, Bloomfire, Qzzr, and Volley–that have collectively been used by hundreds of millions of people. His work has been featured in Tech Crunch, Mashable, Entrepreneur, Inc., and Forbes. With two successful exits and a third pending, he’s currently on a mission to save the working world from death-by-meetings with his fourth creation, Volley.

Josh fell in love with the art of communication at age 16 when he was first asked to train a new employee at Red Lobster. The creative challenge of distilling complex concepts into simple ideas became a passion that led him to pursue a degree in education, which he leveraged to land jobs in sales, training, and marketing at three Fortune 500 companies before he founded his first company.

As a battle-hardened serial entrepreneur, Josh could speak intelligently on a range of topics such as fundraising, bootstrapping, team, culture, brand, storytelling, and leadership, but he’s most interested in talking about the problems and opportunities around workplace communication. Specifically, how to free up your calendar and increase productivity by turning synchronous meetings and calls into asynchronous conversations.

Depending on what circle you run in, you may know Josh better for his pickles, performances, or projects–as he is a 5th generation pickler, a classically trained singer, and a mechanically-minded YouTuber.
