Welcome to Episode 123 of Building My Legacy.

In this podcast we talk with certified leadership coach Michelle Bernard who works with women in leadership, particularly those who want to use their international experience in business. Michelle has been interested in different cultures from a very young age and did an academic internship in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, when she was in college. She talks about the challenges of ex-pats and how she can help them navigate through the different stages of “culture shock” they may face adjusting to a new country.

About Michelle Bernard

Michelle Bernard began to travel and go on service trips across the world in high school and lived in Cambodia for an academic internship in college. There she discovered that she wanted to help other service-minded women return home and clearly communicate their experiences from serving abroad. A leadership coach certified through the Co-Active Training Institute and the International Coaching Federation, she founded Olive Brand Coaching & Consulting. This coaching business helps women process their international experiences, translate them into lasting personal growth, and integrate their learning into leadership to help serve and impact their communities.
