Jacob is a former top 10 MLB draft pick and MLB player. He was drafted in the 1st round in 2009 and went on to play for the Detroit Tigers, Miami Marlins, Chicago Cubs, Chicago White Sox, and Washington Nationals. Also, he continued his professional career internationally in South Korea where he played for the Kia Tigers.
