Karen is The Parenting Magic Mentor and a No 1 best-selling author and keynote speaker. She is a single parent of almost 21 years, of three uniquely challenged children, her wonderful sons.

She is a transformational life and parenting coach, a qualified NLP Master Practitioner, Time Line Release and Energy therapist and hypnotherapist. An Energy Alignment Therapist and one of the first people in the world to be qualified as an Energy Alignment Method Mentor.

After struggling with parenting and being diagnosed with depression, on medication and drinking at least a bottle of wine a night! She found a way to bounce back, find meaning in life and a way to really connect and communicate with her children to create a happy family life.

Karen trained as an actress and having appeared on national TV and radio, she has now given up speaking other people’s word and is being her authentic self, living and speaking her truth.
