Dr. Juanita Bukenya – Functional Medicine Health Coach – Mark Stephen Pooler

Dr. Juanita Bukenya graduated from the University of Florida in Florida with a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) degree and a Master of Science in Medication Therapy Management (MTM). She is also an Integrative Health Practitioner and Functional Medicine Health Coach. She is also a Clinical Assistant Professor: Career Coach at the University of Florida where she provides career development guidance to individual students as they progress through the Pharm.D program.

As an MTM pharmacist, she conducts private consultations with her clientele to help them better understand the purpose of their medications. To appropriately use them to curb adverse drug reactions, reduce medication risks, and identify ways to decrease medications costs.

As an Integrative Health Practitioner and Functional Medicine Specialist, she is committed to helping women on the menopause journey naturally balance their hormones and find relief from the significant menopause symptoms, thereby optimizing their true potential.

Using healthy lifestyle habits that are scientific-based and unique to their lifestyle, she works to improve women’s health and wellbeing with a personalized plan through education, encouragement, accountability, and support.
