From living and dining her way across Europe, to assisting world-renowned chefs with their wine pairings, and running her own fine food & wine business which received world wide acclaim with write ups in Japan, Germany, London and Paris and the famous ‘Gourmet’ magazine based in Times Square, New York. it would be safe to say that Nicole’s knowledge in the food and wine sector is second to none. Nicole’s latest venture is a passion project involving a series of films, podcasts and ‘musings’ based on her Tasmanian lifestyle. Her aim is to inspire people from all around the globe to grow, harvest, cook and eat cleaner, greener and more sustainably not only for our own health but for the health of the planet.
