Susana De Leon, born in Guatemala in 1980 and raised in Los Angeles since the age of ten is the Creative Director and Founder of TIMOI the brand. Which is also Susana’s artist name. Susana De Leon, now better known as TIMOI, is a conceptual artist best known for their motley characters with big bright eyes. Many have attempted to emulate their characters, however, the story and unique aesthetic of Timoi’s art really sets the TIMOI characters apart from the rest. Susana De Leon is an advocate for Mental Health and LGBTQ+ People, as well as a Social Issues Activist.
