Richard is the founder of The iCan Academy as well as a Times No1 Bestselling author. His first book, Just a Book, sold almost 1/4 million copies and has been translated into eleven languages. Richard is a professional speaker and as well as keynoting he runs workshops on resilience, presentation skills and storytelling. Richard was also an opening speaker at BizX in the UK in 2022 and went down a storm.
