Josh first met Brad when he was 17 years old, a teenager heading for a law degree and no real clue of what he wanted to do. Josh founded Avalanche in 2016 as a done for you marketing solution for business-to-business organizations. The Avalanche team in London are taking experience dealing with conversation marketing to build strategies that deliver consistency to clients in 12 countries and 6 different languages with an overall goal to re-educate business owners on developing relationships and bring predictability to their growth.

In 2022, Brad & Josh embarked on writing a book together called Raise Your Hand Marketing to bring relationship and conversational marketing to everyone.
