Joining the podcast to discuss the single-family rental market is Kevin Ortner, President and CEO of Renters Warehouse. Renters Warehouse manages more than $3 billion in residential real estate, servicing over 18,000 properties and 13,000 investors in over 35 markets across more than 20 states.
