Human trafficking is a serious problem all over the world but worse in sub Saharan Africa where there is little knowledge of what it is, who it affects, how it happens. WINGS FOR CHANGE has partnered with ANTI TRAFFICKING INTERNATIONAL who has multiple programs for professionals, including airport and airline employees... which will be the topic of the Radio Show's Saturday May 7th The Airline Radio Hour.

Kathy Funk Gomer - Flew for TWA beginning in 1969. A registered nurse. Started WINGS FOR CHANGE,  which was supported by a chapter of SILVERLINERS in Northwest Florida. It grew and it is now a 501c3 corporation serving thousands of girls and women in Uganda. The program grew to include health education and human trafficking awareness.

And with Kathy during the broadcast is Mr. Bill Woolf, US Department of Justice Director of Human Trafficking Programs.  We are happy to have these two guests on the radio show and encourage all listeners to "tune" in at 1:00 pm EDT for this vital program.
