An allergy is an over-reaction of our immune system to certain substances such as dust, pollen, animal hair, synthetic materials, or foods. Allergic reactions can make you feel miserable and ruin your day. They cause all sorts of inflammatory reactions such as itchy rashes, dry patches, headaches, puffy or watery eyes, runny nose, or digestive issues.
Luckily you can use Essential Oil for allergy relief. Essential oils (EO) are nature’s miracle to ease inflammation and work as powerful antihistamine. So no need for synthetic drugs that can do more harm than good to your body. Fortunately there are various essential oils that you can use to treat a wide range of spring allergy symptoms – see the side panel for a comprehensive list that you can choose from. Essential oils that possess the following properties are the most useful, because they treat the various symptoms mentioned above:

Diffuse - Peppermint, lemon and lavender are cleansing oils, so diffusing these oils in your home on a regular basis will help support your respiratory system. Pop Lemon, Lavender and Peppermint – about 4 drops each in the diffuser and let that baby go. If I will be cleaning and releasing a lot of dust into the air, this is my go-to oil blend for the diffuser.
You can also inhale the three directly from the bottle too – this works well if you are out and about.
Topically - You can apply 2-3 drops of each oil and place it directly on the bottoms of your feet or at the back of your neck.
