steel Pulse, the great British reggae band, will headline an outdoor show at War Memorial Stadium in Hampton this fall.
The Reggae Stadium Splash was announced on Wedneday by promoters. Kevin Purnell, who has presented many reggae shows in the area, said it will be Steel Pulse's first appearance in Hampton.
The show is scheduled for Sunday, Oct. 4. from noon-7 p.m., with several local acts performing in support of Steel Pulse. The local acts will include Nature's Child, the always rockin' Jesse Chong, Octopus and Mighty Joshua.
Tickets, priced at $22, are on sale now by clicking here. They will also be available for $27 (cash only) starting Monday at I Love Hydroponics (368 Newtown Road, Virginia Beach) and at Hampton Taphouse (17 E Queens Way, Hampton).
