Eskay Catering provides food and services that are of world-class standards. Today, the company has grown from a staff of 3 to approximately a whopping 114 loyal employees. The company was a proud sponsor of Miss Jamaica Universe 2015, who had a contestant sponsored by Eskay and won. Doing it big, Chef Hamilton represented Jamaica (Culinary Ambassador) during the independence celebration in August at the Google building in New York, Catering for over 3000 guests.
