sending barrel back home to our families have been something that both sender and reciever looks forward to a common accurance,but latelty theres some issues on both sides has the sender now wondering is it worth the trouble love one's love to know that coming christmas season they can send something home in ways of food and clothing items for thie family still living back home on the island,usually the trip to pick up the barrel/barrels its a tediouse prosses an entire day ,with long lines and expensive wait periods, however it now seems to the sender that its not appriceated by the people who are at the recieving end of the dynamic,so question now is what to do about this issue?
