 TalkISrael welcomes guests frfom Israel.....stay tuned becaue it is a surprise!  OK ...OK ... I can't help it I have to tell you...we are welcoming a new friend.   Noa Ayali is an Israeli living in Givatayim (near Tel Aviv) in central Israel.  
Currently, she teaches Hebrew at Olim Chadashim (for new commers ro Israel).  This Ulpan (learning center) is part of an official Ulpan  within the Ministry of Education. For more information about Ulpan programs see:
