Clifton Elliott Captial Murder Case Update

The parents of Clifton Elliott gave us an update on what has developed with their son's case since we last spoke with them on August 28, 2010. They have serious concerns that the Tarrant County District Attorneys Office is trying to railroad their son. They contend the evidence proves their son was not the shooter. According to Mr. Elliott the DA's office has a witness who has passed a lie detector test saying his son was not the shooter, and the 911 tape with his son clearly stating to the shooter what are you doing before the shot was fired that killed Eric Forrestor.
