Bobby Yates: Castrated Man Faces Sexual Assault Charges

Bobby Yates is being charged with sexual assault of a child & attempted aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. These are charges Bobby Yates denies. He states the Lamar county district attorney's office is attempting to railroad him for something he did not do. Mr. Yates is a double amputee who does not have any legs, and does not have the sexual ability to rape another person. He states the accounts given to the police department concerning this assault never happened. He in fact states he was indeed the victims of three persons who came to his apartment at 2:00am asking for shelter on a very rainy night and he against his better judgement allowed them inside. After the media got involved with Bobby Yates' case his weapon's charge was dismissed and Bobby Yates was also slapped with a gag order.
