The 2012 GOP Presidential Candidates

The presidential election of 2012 very well may be the most important election of our lifetime. So this segment of Center Stage is designed to help you get to know who the candidates really are.

Did you know in order to run for president there are only a few requirements. You must be 36 years of age and must have lived within the United States for the last 14 years. The potential candidate must register to vote and decide which political party he/she will be affiliated with. Then he/she must raise as much money as they can to run a presidential campaign. Lastly, they must register themselves as a candidate with their state and get enough exposure to participate within the primary elections.
