Felicia Lamar is the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Human Resources Director for the St. Louis Cardinals. In her role, she is responsible for strategizing, leading, coordinating, and directing all internal and external Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives and activations as well as guiding the organization’s Human Resource policies, processes, programs, and functions. She is the first person to hold the DEI role in the history of the Cardinals organization.

Felicia has 18 years of advanced human resources experience and has served in varying roles of responsibility within the Gaming, Hospitality, and Sports industry. Her professional strategy of being mindful and intentional in all that you do is what drives her passion for the work of being a high-energy change agent within the Sports industry.

A native of Mississippi, Felicia attended North Panola High School in Sardis, MS and then went on to Mississippi State University in Starkville, MS and has a BS in Communications, as well as an MBA.

Felicia is a huge sports fan, especially collegiate and professional football. She also enjoys spending time with her son; who is a decorated track and field athlete, as well as her nieces and nephews. In the rare spare time that she has she enjoys reading, shopping, cleaning, organizing, and everything Beyoncé.
