Born and raised in the Bronx section of New York City, “Puma” grew up in what most will call “the slums” or popularly referred to as the Hood.  Just like a Phoenix, beauty rises from ashes. The Bronx created Hip Hop and Puma created his own understanding of Hip Hop culture through art forms known as graffiti. He was naturally talented, with influences and inspiration from some of the greats in Hip Hop and Black Popular culture, a tattoo artist christened young Paul to Puma.
