How does a property owner proceed following a loss to physical property & contents?

Often times, more than not, Insured’s tend to use whoever is on the insurance companies direct repair list. This is like hiring the IRS to do your taxes. Remember, the Vendors and Contractors that are on the list were put there by the Insurance Company, not by you.
