A retired firefighter/paramedic, Christoper Coates works full-time in Information Systems for a major company in West Michigan.  In his offtime, Christopher enjoys traveling to unique places, spending time with family and playing with his two dogs who keep his life fun.  He also enjoys writing.  Christopher is the author of several action adventure novels including The Ark, The Ressurection Wager, & Alternate Purpose. His most recent book, Anvil, a parallel story to his first book, is a riveting story of survival and courage in a post-apocalyptic sci-fi setting.

Christopher resides in Kent City, Michigan with his wife of 29 years; they are the parents of a teenage son in college and an adult daughter who graduated college and lives out of town.
