Katherine Hartvickson is a high-performance HR and leadership consultant and the founder of Quantum Ascendance. She works with small business owners, entrepreneurs and career professionals to improve their human resource and leadership skills.

Prior to Quantum Ascendance, Katherine led HR teams throughout North America, Latin America, South America and China. Her entire career has been about building up talent within organizations so they can be more successful and each person reaches their maximum potential professionally and personally.

“Small business owners are often experts at what they do but they don’t know a lot about leading teams,” says Katherine. “They need to hear the naked truth about their challenges, where they need to improve and how they can change their mindset to move forward.”
