For over 20 years Carol Ann Langford has served as an Executive Coach at the C-Level through mid-management for corporations within the Fortune 10 – 500, as well as start-ups and non-profit organizations. Carol has worked with individuals and small and large groups totaling nearly 20,000 people. She has her own LLC and has recently authored a well-reviewed, Amazon Best Selling book entitled:  “The Speed of Passion:  How Relationship Based Leadership Drives Innovation.”

Prior to Carol’s work in the corporate sector, Carol enjoyed a rich career track as a high school English teacher, an Associate Professor at City University of New York, a small retail business owner with her brother and partner, and a theatre artist as an actor, writer and director.  She grew up in the Washington, DC area, achieved a BA in Education from James Madison University and an MFA from New York University Tisch School of the Arts. Carol values life-long learning, personal growth and development, and carries numerous certifications in various skill sets.
