Originally from Estevan, Saskatchewan, CHRIS HENDERSON grew up surrounded by the musical influences of many family members and friends, and mostly his father Donn. Around 2005, Chris realized his voice, sound, and heart was in Country Music and a new and focused direction was established for his career. After releasing a debut album called Follow The Signs, and sending 4 singles to Canadian Country Radio, Chris spent a great deal of time on the road all across Canada promoting his work and his releases.

By 2011, Chris realized that there was only one way to further his career. The high school English teacher decided to put his day job to the side and pursue music on a full time basis. Since then Chris has been on the road more than he's been home, and has been one of the busiest recording acts in the country. He's won several awards and contests over the years including: 620 CKRM Big Country Talent Search, Big Dog 92.7's 'Next Big Thing', and many national features such as the CCMA Fanfest Contest, and the Boots & Hearts Emerging Artist Showcase. He's earned 14 SCMA Award Nominations.

Chris released his sophomore album My Turn in March 2014, and has already released 3 singles to radio including his first top 50, Don't Miss Your Kiss Goodbye, which was the Saskatchewan Country Music Association's Song of the Year for 2013.
