Ontario's Brittany Brodie grew up on traditional country music from Vern Gosdin and Dottie West to Johnny Horton and George Strait. In later years she was listening to LeAnn Rimes, The Dixie Chicks, Lee Ann Womack and Martina McBride. She even found inspiration in The Spice Girls. They were what got her through her formative years, being bullied throughout her childhood. “One day I will thank them in person!”
People always ask her, 'When did you get into her music? Her answer is: 'Music was not something I woke up one day and decided to do. It chose me. I was born to have this life, this career. I have never had to think about my purpose in life. I've know since day one."
Brittany visits me on the podcast to chat about her love story that inspired her latest single "Found The One".
