We cannot let the ongoing spiritual war harden our hearts to loving our enemies and praying for those who attack or misunderstand us. We must examine ourselves and admit the truth about our shortcomings in the areas of love, patience, gentleness, kindness, humility, and kindness. Are we being Christ-like or do we live and respond in the flesh? This does not me that we tolerate false doctrine, sin, or demonic attacks, or that we do not correct error or become Joel Osteen. It simply means that we must check ourselves and make sure we are balanced and led by the Holy Spirit of God.
