The bible tells us the body is important and so it is important to workout to the limits of your ability. In the military and sports, I certainly have done a lot in keeping myself in shape. However, since I am retired, it takes more motivation to keep up with it. So, I am placing some music I like to help motivate me to workout.
Avoid profane and silly myths. Train yourself for devotion, "for, while physical training is of limited value, devotion is valuable in every respect, since it holds a promise of life both for the present and for the future. 1 Timothy 4:7-8
