Get Healthy Now Back to School

Good morning and welcome to Get Healthy Now. In many areas school is back in session, maybe at a limited occupancy, maybe full occupancy, depending on how many students they have per class. Why do I choose this subject and how can I help? As a former teacher and health professional, I am concerned about the teachers, students, parents, siblings, staff, etc. and want to bring some value to you.
 

Last year parents needed to work from home and home school their children. Preschoolers on 3 hour zoom calls with parent assisting. Frustration increased. New opportunity sending children back to school, to have it easier to work. Prepare to send the children back to school, let's take control of what we can, teach our children to follow the health and safety rules, lead by example.

Plenty of sleep, handwashing for 20 sec with soap and water, nutritious meals, follow rules, safety comes first.

It's not over yet and I hear that the winter months can be really bad with a new virus string.
