With a Master’s Degree in Business Leadership from the University of South Africa as well as Executive Coaching Certifications from York University and the Centre of Executive Coaching enhancing her 25 years of leadership, education and consulting experience in private and public organizations, it is safe to say that Marderé is well equipped to resolve any business’ internal anomalies, thus propelling it forwards to ultimate success.

Her passion, however, lies in organizational performance management and executive talent development, instilling potential leaders with the specific skills and perspectives essential to their new, influential supervisory role. Currently in the process of creating a book examining the damaging effects on organizations of “Toxic Leadership”, Marderé asserts that, ironically, the unique expertise and aptitudes originally accelerating a professional’s career are not necessarily the same as the proficiencies and attributes required now for them to excel in management.
