In 2004 Amanda's life came crashing down as she stood devastatingly watched as her husband took his last breath. At 23 she became a widow. The internal strength she discovered in herself from this event serves Amanda today. She remarried and has 3 beautiful children. Her desire is to live life with passion & purpose. 2006 Amanda was diagnosed with MS, which caused her to wake up one November morning in 2009 and not have the ability to walk. She has persevered through negative med reactions that have resulted in her immune system crashing leaving her hospitalized unable to move from the shoulders down. Having her drivers license suspended, and just living life overcoming daily obstacles and health challenges. While being a wife, raising 3 very active children, and running her own business; all from the comfort of her wheelchair.
