Originally from Czechoslovakia, Monika Grew up in a small town with 30,000 people in a business minded family. Her father was in finance and her mom was certified public accountant. Both parents exhibited strong work ethics that Monika would soon adopt on her own.

Monika received a BA in a marketing and management...but had to repeat her schooling again once in USA.....After working with General Mills and 3M company where she was trained as Six Sigma and participated in a women leadership council, she relocated with her family to Cincinnati in 2004 for her husbnad's job.

Monika aquired her real estate licence shortly after, and used her management and marketing skills to grow her real estate business and becoming #1 Remax Agent in Southern Ohio from 2011- 2019. Her work ethics, fun personality and savy business background positions her well for her sucess....

In 2018 she took her real estate practice to the next level and obtained Broker License in preparion to open her own brokerage.....

She explored every business brokerage model for about 1 year before she moved her license to EXP and the rest is history...She is attracting, coaching, and helping agents accross the country elevate their business to the levels she has reached herself...leading by exapmle...
