Reanna Ritter, MBA,President, Ritter Accounting & Consulting, Inc.

Reanna was born and raised in beautiful South Lake Tahoe. She is the youngest of six siblings. She says "I am privileged to have a lively family with lots of comedy.

I enjoy people who adapt well to change, are environmentally conscious and who have an attitude of gratitude. Growing up learned the importance of service and quality from my Dad in his carpet cleaning business.

I worked in restaurants and retail for 15 years. Attending college was never on the table. But I made it happen, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting in 2012, and a Master's degree in Business in 2017.

After my Bachelor’s I couldn’t get an Accounting job because I had no “experience”.

My fiancé and I found out we had our first child on the way the week before finals of my senior year. I chose to know and raise my child over the long public accounting hours I had planned on. I needed a new plan. But I just took the first temp job offered since I was starting to show. It would have been easier and I would have made more money if I had just gone back to waitressing. But my Dad had told me that most people get into debt and never use their college degrees.

I researched then played those stats in my mind over and over throughout college. I would not be that person. I started as a clerk and within 2 years I was promoted and worked in corporate accounting for midsize restaurant companies as a Controller for the next 4. I experienced a need for forward thinking Consulting without red tape.

I started my business to help my clients recognize opportunities & provide excellent customer & employee experiences. Upholding these values leads to higher profits naturally, long term.
